This is full time employment opportunity for a Service Coordinator; Monday thru Friday 8am-4:
30pm or 7:
30 am to 4 pm.
Position is 75% work from home and 25% travel to participant homes (located within counties mentioned), no on call.
Persons must be self-motivated, have reliable transportation, reliable internet and the willingness to travel to participants homes.
Familiarity with PA Medicaid is preferred, but not mandatory.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences.
Additional details include:
Paid Remote Training (with the exception of the 1st day, you will drive to the corporate office located in Dubois, PA) Weekly online continued training Government Holidays 2 sick days every 6 months (immediately) 5 vacation days (after a year) then a additional day on yearly basis Health insurance is offered after 60-days (probationary period) 180 days probation, then possible raise
